About the Event

Unleash your innovation and technical ideas in the Paper Presentation event at Upagraha 2025! This event offers a platform for students and researchers to showcase their cutting-edge ideas, research findings, and innovative solutions in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering and related domains.


Round 1:

Participants are required to submit an abstract of their paper for initial evaluation. Only shortlisted abstracts will advance to the next round for paper presentation. Shortlisted teams must submit their full paper prior to the event, adhering to the IEEE format.

Round 2:

Participants are required to present their paper before a panel of judges. Each presentation will be allotted 10 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session. The final results will be based on the judges' decision.

Team Size: 2 - 3 members max.
All participants must register before the event deadline
Participants should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled session
Professional conduct is expected throughout the event
Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior permission
